AI Agents and Intelligent Task Automation course at TecMinho – University of Minho, with André Bacêlo e Costa

On 30 November and 7 December I will be at TecMinho with Agentes de IA e Automação Inteligente de Tarefas (AI Agents and Intelligent Task Automation).

It is a course for people who already understand the basics of generative AI and want to move from using a single assistant in isolation to systems that can work across several steps of a task.

We will distinguish traditional automation, automation with AI and more agentic approaches, build custom assistants and work with tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Zapier and Make.

The idea is very practical: understanding when a simple automation is enough, when AI adds value and how to start connecting tools, information and real processes.
