AI Applied to Leadership and Strategic Management at ENB

Starting on 23 October I will lead an executive programme at ENB – Escola de Negócios on applying Artificial Intelligence to leadership and management.
The focus is not on handing decisions over to AI. It is on using it to better prepare the work that comes before: analysing information, comparing scenarios, preparing meetings and negotiations, structuring arguments, working on executive communication or preparing conversations with teams.
Across the four sessions we will work on situations close to the reality of those who lead, always keeping one simple idea in mind: technology can support analysis and preparation, but the decision and the responsibility remain human.
It is aimed at managers, team leaders and professionals with decision-making responsibility. No technical knowledge is required.
