A practical view of AI for professionals and managers

On 3 and 10 December I will be at ISQ Academy with the course Inteligência Artificial: Estratégias e Ferramentas para o Futuro Digital (AI: Strategies and Tools for the Digital Future).
With so many tools, models and new features appearing, the challenge is no longer just having access to Artificial Intelligence. It is understanding what exists, where it can really help and what is worth bringing into our work.
Across the two sessions we will start with the essential concepts and move quickly into practice: AI assistants, prompting, research, working with documents, custom agents, creating visual content, presentations and data analysis.
We will also cover the care needed when using these tools, from validating information to data protection, copyright and responsible use.
The goal is not to know every tool. It is to build a view wide enough to understand what can be useful in your context and where it makes sense to go deeper.
The course is aimed at managers, leaders and professionals from different areas and requires no technical or programming knowledge.
