UX for Artificial Intelligence: Design do Futuro at TheStarter

From 10 October to 7 November I will be at TheStarter teaching Design do Futuro: UX para Inteligência Artificial (UX for Artificial Intelligence).
Artificial Intelligence is changing what we can put inside a product, but it also creates new challenges for whoever designs the experience. How do we show users what the AI can do? How do we communicate uncertainty? How do we design for control, trust and feedback? And when is a chatbot not even the best solution?
Over five Saturdays we will work through these questions, from research and problem definition to prototyping an experience with AI.
The course is designed mainly for UX/UI Designers, Product Designers, Product Managers and other professionals involved in building digital products.
