Building Autonomous Programs and Agents

Cover of the “Building Autonomous Programs and Agents” training

Most AI tools answer. This training is about putting AI to work: running tasks, handling files, connecting services and getting on with it while nobody is watching.

Who This Training Is For

  • People already using AI assistants who want to move from answers to execution
  • Operations, product and technology teams with repetitive tasks left to automate
  • Non-technical professionals who work heavily with files and processes
  • Technical profiles who want to build agents into daily work

What Your Team Will Be Able to Do

  • Work in the terminal with Claude Code without a programming background
  • Build pages, small applications and programs from instructions
  • Build agents that carry out tasks instead of only answering
  • Chain steps into a flow, with checks at the critical points
  • Leave scheduled tasks running on their own, and know what to do when they fail

Format

  • In person, online or hybrid
  • Adjustable duration: 4h, 8h or 16h depending on depth and goals
  • Practice on the team's own real tasks
  • Every participant leaves with at least one agent or automation running

Prerequisites

No programming experience required. It helps to be comfortable with a computer and to know the work you want to automate.

What Makes It Different

The detailed programme is still being finalised: the scope is set, the modules are designed during the assessment, based on what the team does and what is actually worth automating.

In practice, it is the only training in the catalogue where the outcome is not knowing how to use a tool. It is having something running at the end.
