  • Vercel — website hosting.

  • Where the data lives — the subscriber list is managed in our own database hosted on Supabase; email delivery is handled by Resend as a sending processor.
  • Retention — the email address is retained while the subscription remains active.
  • Unsubscribing — you can unsubscribe at any time via the "Cancelar subscrição" link included in every email, or by writing to abc@andrebacelocosta.com. After unsubscribing you will no longer receive communications; we may keep a minimal record of consent and cancellation as proof of compliance.

9. VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (CHATBOT)

The website andrebacelocosta.com provides a virtual assistant powered by OpenAI's Artificial Intelligence models (GPT). By using this assistant, the user agrees to the following conditions:

a) Nature of responses — Responses generated by the virtual assistant are for informational purposes only and are non-binding. No information provided by the chatbot replaces professional advice or constitutes a contractual commitment. All information should be confirmed directly with André Bacêlo e Costa through official contact channels.

b) AI limitations — The assistant uses language models that may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated responses. Users should verify any information before making decisions based on the responses obtained.

c) User responsibility — The user is entirely responsible for the content they input into the chatbot, as well as for any decisions or actions taken based on the responses received. No liability may be attributed to André Bacêlo e Costa for consequences arising from the use of the virtual assistant.

d) Data and privacy — Messages sent to the chatbot are not stored or collected by us. However, conversations are processed by OpenAI's servers and are subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy and their Terms of Use. We recommend that you do not share sensitive personal data (such as identification numbers, banking details, or health information) through the chatbot.

e) Availability — The virtual assistant service may be interrupted, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
