Who This Training Is For

  • Whole organizations, at annual gatherings or themed days
  • Cross-functional teams in the same room
  • Business associations and sector meetings
  • Leaders who want everyone aligned at the same time

What Your Team Will Be Able to Do

  • See what has already changed at work, with examples rather than forecasts
  • Understand how each function is affected differently
  • Leave with a shared language to discuss the subject internally
  • Identify first priorities together
  • Tell fashion apart from what is here to stay

Programme

  1. What actually changed — concrete signals, no futurology
  2. By function — what changes in sales, operations, finance, HR and management
  3. Demonstrations — real cases, live, with everyday tools
  4. What this demands of organizations — skills, rules and decisions
  5. Priorities — a joint exercise to choose where to start

Learning Objectives

  • Understand what Artificial Intelligence is, its historical evolution and the concepts of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM)
  • Distinguish deterministic, predictive and generative Artificial Intelligence
  • Understand the different maturity profiles organizations show towards AI (native, emerging, adopting and obsolete) and identify strategic adoption opportunities
  • Build and apply effective prompts through a structured formula (DCPT)
  • Know and explore the main AI assistants on the market (ChatGPT, Claude, NotebookLM, Perplexity, Microsoft 365 Copilot, among others)
  • Understand the concept of AI agent and AI browser, and know the emerging tools in this area
  • Identify good practice in security, privacy and responsible data use, as well as the copyright questions around AI-generated content
  • Reflect on the phases of AI evolution (ANI, AGI and ASI) and the future trends that will shape the labour market

Format

  • In person or online
  • Duration: 90 minutes to 3h
  • Suitable for large groups
  • Can open a department-by-department training path

What Makes It Different

This is the session that usually opens the process: it puts the whole organization in the same conversation and stops each department heading in a different direction.

It does not build skills — it builds alignment, which is what tends to be missing before any investment.
