Introduction to Artificial Intelligence

Partilhar
Before choosing tools, people need to understand what this technology is and is not. Without that, half the team uses it badly and the other half does not use it at all.
Who This Training Is For
- Teams with no prior experience of AI
- Organizations taking first steps and needing a common baseline
- Employees who hear about AI daily and do not know where to start
- Leaders who want everyone speaking the same language
What Your Team Will Be Able to Do
- Understand what these systems do, in plain language and without myths
- Recognise tasks in their own work where AI already helps
- Write requests that return useful results
- Know what should never be typed into an AI tool
- Leave with two or three concrete uses for the following week
Programme
- What it actually is — the essentials, without jargon or futurology
- What it does well and badly — real capabilities and known limits
- First requests — the structure of a good instruction, with immediate practice
- In your work — each participant identifies their own tasks to apply it to
- Care — data, confidentiality and checking what comes back
- Next steps — what to learn next, depending on the role
Format
- In person or online
- Adaptable duration: 2h, 3h or 6h
- No technical prerequisites
- Exercises with participants’ real tasks
What Makes It Different
This is the training that avoids the most expensive mistake: buying tools before people understand what they are for.
By the end, each participant has two or three uses identified in their own work — not a list of apps they will never open.
Does your team talk about AI in the same language?
