Learning Objectives

• Understand what Artificial Intelligence is, its historical evolution and the concepts of Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Large Language Models (LLM)
• Recognise the impact of AI on business processes and identify opportunities to apply it day to day
• Understand the principles of prompt engineering and the difference between asking and instructing an AI system
• Apply a structured method for building prompts (the DCPT formula)
• Get an introductory working knowledge of the main AI assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM and Microsoft 365 Copilot)
• Understand the fundamentals of personal data protection (GDPR) and of the European Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act)
• Apply good data anonymisation practice when using AI tools
• Reflect on the future of AI and its impact on organizations and professions

• In person or online
• Adaptable duration: 2h, 3h or 6h
• No technical prerequisites
• Exercises with participants’ real tasks
