Learning Objectives

  • Understand what Artificial Intelligence is, how it evolved, and the concepts of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM)
  • Build and apply effective prompts, structured and aimed at concrete results
  • Know and use in practice the main AI assistants on the market (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM, Microsoft 365 Copilot, among others)
  • Understand the concept of AI agent and create simple custom assistants, trained on the organization's own information and rules
