Corporate Training in AI and Digital Technologies

Building capability, not just showing tools
A team does not change the way it works by sitting through a presentation about Artificial Intelligence.
It changes when it understands where the technology can create value, tries it on its own tasks, and gains the confidence to keep applying it without depending on the trainer forever.
I build programmes for leaders, professionals and teams who want to turn new tools into better decisions, more efficient processes and a greater capacity to make things happen.
Training Starts From the Team’s Work
I do not start by picking tools, nor by replicating the same programme across every organization. I start by understanding the people, the roles, the processes, the difficulties, and what the team needs to be able to do better.
From that context, the content, the exercises and the examples are adapted to the sector, the level of experience and the organization’s objectives. The result is training close to real work, not a parade of features disconnected from anyone’s day.
Who It Is For
- Organizations wanting to start with method — teams that need to understand the potential, the limits and the rules of AI use before moving ahead
- Teams that have already started experimenting — professionals using AI tools occasionally, but without consistency or shared criteria
- Departments with their own challenges — administration, finance, sales, marketing, HR, operations, management or technology
- Leaders who need to prepare the organization — executives who want to level knowledge, spot opportunities and decide better on adoption and investment
- Organizations looking for continuity — teams that do not want a one-off session, but a process to keep practising and evolving
How It Runs
- Understand the context — before designing the programme, we look at the participants, the roles, the tools in use, the main challenges and the intended outcomes.
- Adapt the path — content, examples, exercises and cases adjusted to the sector, the team’s level and the organization’s reality.
- Try and apply — theory is only there to build understanding. Most of the time goes into demonstrating, experimenting, analysing and applying, wherever possible on the participants’ own tasks, documents and data.
- Consolidate and continue — learning does not end at the last session. Methods, materials and resources stay available, and the SuperHumano Academy can carry the continuity.
Formats
- Leadership session — a focused intervention on strategy, decisions, opportunities, risks and preparing the organization
- Practical workshop — an intensive session to understand a subject, try the tools and apply methods to concrete situations
- A path of several sessions — a progressive programme, with time to practise between modules and consolidate skills
- Application lab — built around a challenge or project of the team’s own, with a concrete result at the end
- Bespoke training — when the need does not fit an existing title, the programme comes out of the assessment
In person, online or hybrid. Duration and number of sessions are set by the objectives, the depth of the content and the participants’ profile.
Training Areas
From an introduction to generative AI to specific tools, from functional areas to leadership, from data to security and compliance — each programme can be delivered as it is or adapted to the organization.
- Foundations and tools — Introduction to AI, Practical AI with ChatGPT, Copilot 365, Power BI
- Leadership and strategy — AI applied to leadership
- Functional areas — Marketing and communication, Sales
- Security — Cybersecure company
- Sectors — Healthcare, Schools, Trainers

What Remains After the Training
More than a certificate, a slide deck or a manual nobody opens again. Depending on the programme, the team ends with:
- working methods it can repeat
- prompts and instructions adapted to its roles
- documents, templates and content produced during the sessions
- analyses, charts or dashboards
- libraries of use cases
- custom assistants or agents
- automation prototypes
- criteria for using AI safely
- a clear plan to keep applying what was learned
The goal is not for participants to memorise where to click. It is for them to build the autonomy to understand new tools, judge where they are useful, and apply them with confidence in their work.
From Training to Transformation
Some organizations already know they need to build their teams’ capability. Others first need to identify priorities, choose use cases or set rules. When the challenge goes beyond training, the work continues through:
- Consulting — to assess needs, set priorities and build an adoption strategy
- Implementation — to turn opportunities into assistants, automations, integrations or digital solutions
- SuperHumano Academy — to extend the learning and keep skills current
- Talks and keynotes — to open the subject and bring the organization along
Prepare Your Team to Apply AI to Real Work
Share the organization’s context, the participants’ profile, the main challenges and what the team needs to be able to do better.
The proposal is built from those needs, not from a list of tools.
